Hey we're Awakened Inferno! We formed in March of 2008. With Jacob and Taz doing regular jam sessions before that since mid 2006, we got Young Chan and Shiro to join us. After Playing 2 gigs but shortly after not being able to get practices in, Awakened Inferno worked towards getting a setlist full of originals to play at a Debut gig which would be February 28th 2009. Young Chan shortly left after that due to different musical inspirations and we recruited Tom Humphries on lead guitar. Winning the Christchurch based CHARTFEST competition, Awakened Inferno stepped up their game to bring on the challenges that would confront them!
